Screening – We check all applications for matching criteria.
Interview – Our recruiter makes a shortlist and, after screening, invites suitable candidates for interviews with the relevant manager and other colleagues, in person or online. Sometimes you’ll need to do more than one interview.
Assessment – Where appropriate, our candidates complete a task that will give us a better understanding of your skills.
Job offer – We make an offer to the best candidate for the role.
Onboarding – We welcome the successful candidate to our DigiB team!
